About the Art
We sometimes become ungrounded in life, focusing on ideas and concepts not solidly connected to reality or perhaps getting lost in our heads for long periods of time. Without balance between inner and outer, we cannot truly be nourished and grow to our fullest potential. This piece reminds us that in order to reach great heights, we must tend to our roots. Only when we build a solid foundation can our leaves and flowers flourish.
