About the Art
The inspiration for this piece came from my reflections on the sacred role of wisdom keepers through the ages. These wisdom keepers, often solitary but singular individuals in the community, serve as the essential conduit through which certain specialized knowledge is stored and accessed for the benefit of all.
Symbolizing the sacred tradition of knowledge-keeping through untold generations, whether through ancestral lineages or by means of mystery schools, “Gatekeeper” speaks volumes in no language we can fully comprehend.
